La entrega de premios tendrá lugar el 5 de enero en el Beverly Hilton de Los Ángeles. Será 77° edición anual de los Golden Globes.
Antes de la entrega del Oscar se deben celebrar los Golden Globes, unos premios quizás menos prestigiosos pero que, de acuerdo con los expertos, ofrecen pistas para conocer a los posibles nominados y ganadores de los premios de la Academia.
Ganar uno de los Golden Globes no es una garantía para el Oscar, pero, en los años anteriores vimos como los nominados y ganadores a estos premios se convierten en nominados en casi todas las ceremonias que llegan después, incluyendo el Oscar, y, en muchas ocasiones, hasta terminan arrasando toda la temporada.
Este año, los nominados a los Golden Globes incluirán dramas, comedias, historias reales, adaptaciones de libros y unas cuantas películas de Netflix, todas excepcionales, que tuvieron a todos obsesionados y que merecen un reconocimiento.

Ricky Gervais será el anfitrión de los Globos de Oro 2020 por quinta vez.
¿Quiénes son los favoritos?
Actores como Joaquín Phoenix, Eddie Murphy, Adam Sandler, Renee Zellweger y Jennifer López son los que generaron más expectativa hasta ahora, pero también están Robert Pattinson, Willem DaFoe, Timothée Chalamet y Saoirse Ronan.
¿Quién ganó el año pasado?
La ceremonia anterior le otorgó el premio de mejor actor a Rami Malek, las mejores películas fueron Bohemian Rhapsody y Green Book, Olivia Colman se llevó el reconocimiento como mejor actriz y Alfonso Cuarón el de mejor director. Cabe destacar que muchos de ellos arrasaron también en el Oscar.
